Intellectual property rights

For the purposes of this legal notice, “Website” refers to all web pages at www.magniflex.si (hereinafter: the Website). The owner and administrator of the Website is COMFORTA, proizvodnja izdelkov za spanje, d.o.o., Ljubljana, Tabor 9, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: COMFORTA d.o.o.), which also holds the copyright to all copyrighted works included on the Website in any way. All information and images published on the Website (texts, photographs, sketches, maps and plans, as well as any computer programs) are the property of COMFORTA d.o.o. and are protected by copyright under the Copyright and Related Rights Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 21/1995 and 9/2001). All rights are reserved. Users may use the content on the Website exclusively for their own personal, i.e. non-commercial, use. Any other form of use of the Website content (such as copying, reproducing, distributing, etc.) for commercial purposes is prohibited.

COMFORTA d.o.o. reserves the right to change, add to or remove content published on the Website, in part or in full, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. All users use the published content at their own risk.

COMFORTA d.o.o. will strive to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date; however, it advises Website users that the texts on the Website are of an informational nature, and that neither COMFORTA d.o.o. nor any other legal or natural person who participated in the creation of the Website or who continues to participate in its upgrades warrants or assumes any responsibility for their accuracy or for the completeness of the site. All users use the published content at their own risk. Likewise, COMFORTA d.o.o. and any other legal or natural person who participated in the creation of the Website or who continues to participate in its upgrades shall not be liable for any damage that may arise to the user from the use of the Website or the inability to use it, nor for any inaccuracy of information, nor for any damage arising from the use of inaccurate or incomplete information – in other words, it is not liable for any damage or inconvenience arising from the existence of the Website, from access to and/or use of and/or inability to use the information on this website, and/or for any errors or omissions in its content, regardless of whether it was informed of the possibility of such damage.

COMFORTA d.o.o. will strive for the smooth operation of the Website, but cannot be held liable for ordinary damages, lost profit, or non-material damage that may arise to the user due to disruptions in the operation of the Website.

Personal data protection

COMFORTA d.o.o. undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the personal data of Website users. Any data collected will be used solely to improve the use of the Website and for the purposes for which it was provided by Website users. Personal data and contact information will not be used for other purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties without the express permission of the Website user, except to processors of personal data who are in a business relationship with COMFORTA d.o.o.

COMFORTA d.o.o. will use any personal data collected from Website users for the purposes of marketing its services and to inform users of new offerings through various communication channels. If a user no longer wishes to receive notifications regarding current offers and benefits from COMFORTA d.o.o., they may send a request to info@magniflex.si asking COMFORTA d.o.o. to permanently or temporarily stop using their personal data or email address for the purpose of receiving such notifications.

This legal notice has been prepared on the basis of the applicable legislation in force at any given time, taking into account the recommendations of the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, and using materials and other information available through the Information Commissioner’s web portal (Public Information of Slovenia, Information Commissioner). It may be updated in line with changes to services and activities and based on user feedback.

Slovenian law applies to any disputes arising from the use of the Website. The court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.

By using the Website, the user confirms that they have accepted the terms described herein and agree to them.

This legal notice applies from the date of publication until revoked or amended.
